These terms supplement the Terms of Use for HabiVue Arc Premium access in the iPhone app, supplied and operated by SUCCESS GAMES S.R.L..
3-day trial
The Premium trial lasts 3 days. Unless you cancel before it ends, the first recurring charge is 19.99 EUR or the localized equivalent displayed at checkout. The exact first charge date and currency are displayed before you confirm checkout. One trial is available per eligible account and offer.
Automatic renewal
After the 3-day trial, Premium renews automatically every 2 weeks for 19.99 EUR or the localized equivalent accepted at checkout until canceled. Taxes and localized totals are displayed at checkout where applicable.
Cancellation
Use the public Cancel subscription page with the checkout email and last four card digits. A confirmed request cancels all matching HabiVue Arc Premium subscriptions. Cancel before the trial end to avoid the first recurring charge. Cancel subscription.
Refunds and withdrawal
Where applicable to you as a consumer, the statutory 14-day withdrawal period begins when the subscription contract is concluded, including when it starts with a free trial. It does not restart with the first paid charge or later renewals. Refund requests must identify the specific transaction concerned and are reviewed under the Refund Policy and applicable law. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
Access lifecycle
Premium app access may be limited after a failed payment and revoked when cancellation becomes effective, or after a refund or chargeback. A reversal may restore access after verified provider confirmation.
Website role
The website provides trial checkout and cancellation. HabiVue’s creative and Premium functionality is delivered in the iPhone app, not in a browser workspace.
