These terms form an agreement with SUCCESS GAMES S.R.L., the owner and service operator of HabiVue Arc, and govern the Premium trial and subscription used to access Premium functionality in the HabiVue iPhone app. The website provides app download, trial checkout, support and cancellation; it is not a browser design application.
App account and credentials
After confirmed checkout, the website provisions access through HabiVue’s app identity service. The delivered email and password are used in the app. Any local user record is only the technical mirror needed for billing handoff and does not create a separate website identity.
Premium access
The 3-day trial unlocks Premium functionality in the HabiVue app after confirmed billing activation. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically for 19.99 EUR, or the localized equivalent displayed at checkout, every 2 weeks until canceled. The exact currency and total displayed at checkout form the offer you accept. No design functionality is provided on this website.
Cancellation
Use the Cancel subscription page with the checkout email and last four card digits. A confirmed request cancels every matching HabiVue Arc Premium subscription. Cancel before the displayed trial end to prevent the first recurring charge. Cancel subscription.
Visual concepts, not professional advice
HabiVue supports inspiration and visualization. App outputs are not measurements, construction drawings, engineering, architectural, electrical or safety advice, and do not guarantee feasibility, cost or outcome. Consult qualified professionals before material work.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe its security, interfere with other users, upload unlawful content or use it to violate privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.
Refunds and withdrawal
Refund eligibility, statutory withdrawal rights and request instructions are set out in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Availability and liability
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but features may change and interruptions may occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for business losses suffered by consumers.
Governing law and disputes
These terms and the product licence are governed by the laws of Republic of Moldova. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in the country where you live. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a complaint promptly.
